See how scrapbookers Tara McKernin and Brenda Becknell used a one-page sketch/template from Amy Kingsford’s May 2012 Freebie Pack  on their two-page layouts.

Brenda Becknell says, “My nine month old grandson loves bath time! I rotated the original 1-page sketch 90 degrees counterclockwise for the left side of the layout, and then mirrored it for the right side.  Since I didn’t have journaling to add, I substituted patterned paper blocks for the journaling blocks in the sketch. I also placed all the elements a little closer together.”

Tara McKernin says, “These are older photos of my son and me together that I love. I wanted to re-scrap them with this template and a simple message to him.  I used the sketch to guide the right side of the page and a ful-page photo on the opposite side.  I overlapped the enlargement just a bit with embellishments from the right side to tie them together.  I love to pair an enlargement to stretch a layout to two pages.”
