Doris Sander has a strong handle on what makes a design work — what the principles are and, thus, how to break them successfully. One of the many points she made in the recent Rule Play class at the Get It Scrapped membership is that, here, she used an oddly cropped photo and left trapped white space below — that actually leads the viewer to think about the missing part of the photo.
